New mobile OS and hardware capabilities make interacting with external devices a new experience for many people. Recently there's been a ton of new external hardware products that interact with your iOS and Android devices. Your mobile experience doesn't stop at software. Terry will be covering using Bluetooth LE, Arduino, Leap Motion & Mac OSX apps for connecting with external hardware. This talk will be light on the slides and heavy on show and tell.
Terry Kilby is a Tech Lead at Cynergy. He is a recognized leader in the mobile development field and is very well known for his aerial photography. In the evenings and weekends, him and his wife, Belinda, run Elevated Element, a Baltimore based aerial photography art project. You can check out some of their work at www.elevatedelement.com.

VENUE AND PARKING DETAILS:
Advertising.com is located in Tide Point in the Ivory Building. Enter the building under the large sign that says "Ivory" and walk by the big blue crab then take an immediate left. You can take the water taxi over from Fells Point (landing #8) to landing #10 or you can drive over and park in any spot marked "Visitor" or in the "F" lot.
See below map for detail. The green is where the designated visitor spaces are. Those are marked "visitor" on the pavement. Watch out for 'reserved' or handicap. The purple shaded in area is one of the employee lots which is available for us to park in, since it's after hours). The Blue marker next to the building is the entrance to the Advertising.com meetup space. There will be a Baltimore Mobile sign posted on the door.
