Ride 'round Orlando to WinterFair in Clermont

Details
WinterFair is sponsored by the National Wildlife Foundation and will be held at the Florida Scrub Jay Trail, Clermont to benefit the Treatment Center for Injured Songbirds and Wildlife. Daytime activities will include hiking, kayaking, hay rides, vendors and food with additional concerts in the evening. Details on the event can be found at http://www.scrubjaytrail.org/news/2012_news/2012_12.15_WinterFair.html and http://www.facebook.com/events/304735942960751/.
I am proposing a ride that loops around Orlando in 3 segments that allows Brevard and Volusia riders to join the group and all riders end up following the same overall route. There are 2 meeting points - Denny's on US-192 at I-95, Melbourne with KSU at 9 AM. Next stop for the Volusia riders to join us will be Peggy’s Country Kitchen at 2104 S Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater with KSU up there at 10:15 AM. The remainder of the riding avoids city and interstates as much as possible, and I'll attach pictures of the route. This is a proposed route and things are subject to change based on suggestions and known favorite roads.
Total distance = 261 miles with total of 6 hours actual road time. When in Clermont, we'd be close to the Lakeridge Winery and the Lagniappe Brewing Company, both of which do tastings, and could plan a stop there as well.
The legs of the run break down as follows:
Melbourne to Edgewater – 67.8 mi – 1 hr
Edgewater to Clermont – 94.6 mi – 2:47 (slow roads)
Clermont to Melbourne – 97.9 mo – 2:07 (dips into the Green Swamp area)
Hope we get some participation on this last long run before the holidays.
