For well-prepared business decisions it is crucial to perceive the phenomena of the external and internal world with the most open mindset. In the decisions many hidden components play significant roles beside the obvious, conscious elements. In the presentation we discover some of the unconscious elements of the decision making process and their effects on the results.

About Zsolt:
Zsolt Hodosi has created and has been running the complete training and knowledge mangement of an SSC for multiple years. He was internal trainer and coach for all hierarchical levels within more organizations, and thanks to that trained classical hard and soft skills for over 1800 people already. Within Invention Factory Zsolt is our senior trainer and development lead, who creates new OD solutions, leads all train-the-trainer programs and acts as an active trainer at our partners.

Whole products - Guiding users from A to B

Great products help users finish what they start. From the point of identifying the problem to the phase where the problem becomes a thing of the past. Products must offer solutions in themselves; whenever users have to complement a product with another, they feel cheated and eventually leave the product. Let’s talk about how to consider this approach while planning a product.

I am Zoltán, a Product Manager. I strongly believe in designing products that are more than the sum of their parts. I have been working with product development teams for more years that can be counted, and collecting and writing up requirements to make a product great is my forte.
