With congested cities, increasing air pollution, and the climate crisis, rethinking transportation is more urgent than ever. Low-emission solutions—like bikes, e-scooters, public transport, and electric cars—are essential, but how can we encourage people to choose the right options for their needs? In Germany, 40,000 car dealerships and repair shops play a crucial role in mobility decisions. This talk explores how they can become catalysts for change and drive the transition to sustainable transportation.

Sophia Hoffmann, CEO, Head chef of HAPPA Restaurant, Author, Freelance speaker, Content creator: "How to save the world with mayonnaise"

Sophia Hoffmann is a chef/ cookbook author and restaurateur (HAPPA Restaurant) from Berlin with a focus on plant based and zero waste cooking. In this area she is one of the vegan pioneers in the German-speaking countries. Apart from publishing four cook books she has gained long lasting experience in the realization of dinner events, worked in several Berlin restaurant kitchens and helped developing gastronomic concepts. As an expert, consultant and speaker she has attracted public attention inside and outside of Germany. Sophia is also known for her social activism connected to feminism,
human rights and ecological topics - or as
she puts it: Everything is connected.

The event will take place over at our friends from frizzforum, Friedrichstraße 23, 10969 Berlin, start 19:12 sharp (arrival from 18:45). It is a 3 min walk from "Kochstraße/Checkpoint Charlie" station, right next to Besselpark. 🙂
