At November's meetup, we'll discover how to enhance WebVR experiences with lightweight GLSL filters, and we’ll also take a look at PlayCanvas’s new VR capabilities.

To kick things off, Carl Bateman will present 'Shaders 101: Delving into the Basics of GLSL'.

Next, Rich will discuss some practical WebGL effects, and the advantages and drawbacks of each approach. There will be a hands-on guide to creating your own A-Frame shader component, and using it to make your WebVR project visually stunning!

And finally, Dave Evans, CTO and Co-founder of PlayCanvas (https://playcanvas.com/industries/vr)will showcase live WebVR app creation — very exciting!

There will be live demos throughout the meetup, so don't forget your iPhone / Android Phone, and VR headset (eg Google Cardboard).

As usual, there will be drinks and nibbles provided, and we'll be heading to the pub afterwards!
