With what attitude do you infect the team?
With a background as a graduate economist, psychotherapist, coach and athlete in Germany, the USA and Sweden, Jana Söderberg has unique knowledge about the human ability for self-motivation and self-leadership.
Jana is passionate about how to strengthen the mental health of people of all ages and areas and how to increase self-motivation. In addition, she has a great passion for the interaction between people, meetings, conversations and communication.
As a lecturer, author, and coach, Jana focuses on neuro-leadership, neuro-communication, and personal sustainability.
Martin is a software leader and mentor with over 17 years of experience in the field.
Today Martin works as a CTO for the software consultancy tretton37 that focuses on custom-built solutions.
Martins work is focused on setting the technical vision and direction, inspiring people, and helping teams deliver high-quality software. Martins journey with software started in his childhood years, and during his life, he has had the privilege to work with several organisations, large and small, and in several different roles.
This experience has given him a unique perspective on software, people and organisations. Martin believes that building software is first and foremost a people problem - not a technical problem.
