Join us Wednesday February 15th for our monthly OC Drupal Meetup.
Everyone is welcome.
As usual we will be having the event on the 4th floor conference room at the KWALL location in Irvine. Meeting starts at 6:30pm. If you arrive after 7 you will need to find a security guard to let you in.
We are having a BuildAModule.com DVD raffle giveaway.
Make sure to ask for a ticket when you arrive.
After the meetup we partake in Drupal After Dark @ Classic Q located just across the parking lot from KWALL. This is a great time to network, ask more questions and get to know the Drupal community, for others its a good time to have a beer in the middle of the week :)

Building a commerce site from scratch

I will be presenting on how to use the new `fandangled` Commerce module.
Previously Kevin Kwall had presented on the difference between Ubercart and Commerce and when to use either. Now that Commerce has matured a little I think its time to show how someone can build a store.
Topics I will cover:
Configuring basic store Creating product types Creating product attributes Importing products via commerce feeds module. Building a usable product View hopefully all within 45 minutes. :)
