✨ This is a Guided group meditation, Breath work introductory class, and Sound bath. Including crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, rain stick, 22'' buffalo drum, tongue drum and giant gong. After the meditation participants are encouraged to try out the instruments themselves.
✨ This week we set the intention to clear and purge our individual as well as collective energy fields, to allow the energies of the new year to align us with our highest good and manifest the most optimal reality. This Meditation / Healing / Clearing connects individuals with their higher multidimensional aspects, and accesses the quantum DNA for the highest healing.
