Hummus workshop

We will meet in a professional, fully equipped kitchen in Kruezberg, Berlin. We will spend 3 - 4 hours making pita bread, hummus, tabouli salad, and harrisa (spicy topping sent from the Gods,) all from scratch. I will teach you all about the do's and don'ts of making perfect hummus with your own flavour combinations and handmade, beautiful pita breads. Get ready to leave my class with knowledge that will impress any future dinner parties! After cooking, chopping, kneading, and baking we will all sit together to enjoy our wonderful creations. Drinks are included in the price - Beer, wine, soft drinks.
