Online Meditation Series Week 5: Bhakti Devotional Chanting

In week 5, we will be exploring the topic of devotional chanting also known as Bhakti meditations in which repeating a mantra or singing a song may help us enter a meditative state and provide a gateway towards a different state of consciousness.
The purpose of this series is to give you exposure to a variety of ways to meditate. In each session, we’ll introduce a new meditation, provide context, practice it together and share our experiences.
You may find you’re more drawn to some meditations than others. This is your opportunity to explore a range of possibilities so that you can experiment with them on your own.
We will be sampling meditations from a variety of traditions: an integrative nondual healing meditation, Pranayama breathing, visualization, an active meditation, Bhakti chanting, and the Metta meditation.
The series is free, with a suggested contribution of $10 per class.
