After Work Racket, Episode 2: Mainz

Details
The second edition of After Work Racket will be held in Mainz, Germany!
The goal of the second meeting is to find out who's out there interested in Racket, language-oriented programming, useful tips & tricks for Racket hacking, problems & obstacles, neat libraries, and so on.
There will be two presentations:
- Jörgen Brandt: "Redex language models for exploring a distributed programming language"
Abstract: Redex is a Racket library for modeling and exploring programming languages. Redex allows us to define an abstract syntax, a reduction relation, and judgment forms for type rules. I have used Redex to model Cuneiform, a distributed functional language. We discuss a simplified Redex model of Cuneiform and address how the language interacts with a distributed execution environment.
- Jesse Alama: "Tricks for making brag grammars easier"
Abstract: brag is a DSL for parser generators. It's an upgraded version of an earlier tool adapted for the Beautiful Racket project. It's fantastic. But there are a few kung fu moves that I only recently learned about that can make your parsing life easier. I'd like to show them to you.
If you'd like to present, please do come! Show off anything you've made in Racket, however incomplete or oddball. If you'd like to present, please contact the organizer (jesse@lisp.sh).
Kindly hosted by Vicampo.de.
