London Tech Leads
Details
The 5th edition of the London Tech Lead meetup will be on the 20th of February!
This meetup is an open discussion for team leaders in tech and you're welcome to be part of it. At busuu we really believe in open and honest communication, and we run this meetup as a way to share and exchange ideas with other technical leaders. Ideally you'll still be a hands on technical leader, directly managing a small team of engineers, or are about to step into this role.
We want everyone to be able to share their different experiences in being a Tech Lead, here are some topics we usually go through:
- Hiring challenges, process and expectations.
- How do you motivate your team through their professional goals (OKR).
- How do you support your team members learning new technologies.
- How do you handle sensitive situations (personal challenges, resigning, etc).
- How do you inspire your team.
- How do you keep yourself up to date on technologies.
- etc..
We're looking forward to see you all!
Thanks,
The busuu team
