There are instructors available to help with technique (unless you're just that good) or just to help with your overall fear of sharp objects being thrown at high speed.

Be sure to wear closed toe shoes and comfy clothing.

They have an injury waiver but this group doesnt so throw AT YOUR OWN RISK 👍
