What is Lightning Network?
The Lightning Network is a "layer 2" payment protocol designed to be layered on top of a blockchain-based cryptocurrency such as bitcoin or litecoin as per Wikipedia.
Alan will provide the ins and outs about it in this exciting session and looking forward to many attending and discussing this state of the art Layer 2 protocol.
About the speaker
Alan holds a PhD in post-quantum cryptography from KU Leuven, Belgium. After completing the PhD, he started working for Nervos Foundation and founded a cryptography research lab called AS Discrete Mathematics based in Zug, Switzerland.
