This Event will be at Kings Park. Meetup as early as 7:15 pm within the first Parking Lot @ 198 Kings Dr, Winnipeg, MB R3T 3G1
We will grouped near the washroom there, before departing.

Includes:
- Walk North into the forest paths near river
- Mini Movement / Visualization
- Walk along the river trail around the bend towards the Carol Shields Memorial Labyrinth
- Sharing circle about how we incorporate nature into our self-care
- Closing
- Departure
