Kenny needs to make a decision.
Kenny doesn’t have all the information.

One of the most difficult yet important aspects of being a great product owner is learning how to be decisive in the face of incomplete information or conflicting priorities. When decisions are difficult it’s tempting to put them off—to do a bit more research or talk to a few more people first.

Knowing it and doing it are often two different things though and so I will talk through a few strategies for making it easier to make decisions and help you be a great product owner.
