About John:
As an advocate for the holistic practice of yoga and nutrition, & a cannabis, psychedelic activist, John encourages students to wisely use plant medicine to transform their consciousness, to stretch and to grow :) And he does a "killer" shavasana.

Ganga yoga is a focused use of the medicinal plant for a heightened purpose of spiritual growth, personal development and exploration of higher states of consciousness, as well as: self-development, physical and emotional healing, removal of personal blocks, and improving your everyday life experience.

The use of cannabis increases the receptivity to the techniques offered by John, as a fusion of Traditional Amazonian, Modern Shamanism, Yogic, and Universal Mystical techniques.

Under no circumstances is this about using cannabis to escape, but rather, it is a responsible use that benefits individuals, community and society. These ceremonies/yoga-classes redefine one’s connection and respect for the plant. https://www.facebook.com/GanjaYogaToronto?ref=hl
