1st annual RAIN OR SHINE GoddessChickenVespa's Chicken Coop Tour & POTLUCK

Boooock broook brook, it's Goddess"Chicken"Vespa, asking 4 input on the best map route to assist the most efficient fuel use & accommodate all who have graciously offered their coops/homes to tour next week.

I see sunset, as 4:34pm for the 20th, and with the present tour of 3 coops, the start time will be 1:15 pm.

To be polite to our hosts and allow them to tour as well, we will expect ALL PARTICIPANTS to RSVP, wear their name badge provided at 1st stop & adhere strictly to the times listed on the schedule posted, with no exceptions. I'm sure you understand.

Under your name rsvp, saying you are attending, would u be so kind to place what u'd like 2 bring food-wise as a "homemade" potluck & who u will be bringing it to, so we can each offer an additional munch at the tour stops? Hope this works for u & thank u for ur help!

A tenative schedule to date, while waiting on others to respond with addresses...if u are friends with anyone who offered a coop, if you can call them for a friendly reminder, that would be great

Start time 1:15 Begins at _Robert's coop, address: _Country Club & University, Mesa, munchee to share _______Deviled Eggs.

Stop 2. 2:15 at Judy's_ coop, address: ___ Dobson & Warner, Chandler____, munchee to share __broccoli cheddar soup. (it's vegetarian, but not vegan)_.

Stop 3. Final stop 3:15 at Sheri's_____ coop, address: ___Baseline & Greenfield, munchee to share pumpkin pie

I'm still hoping to hear from the other coop owners & may have 2 change the schedule slightly 2 accommodate other locations, but as of Friday am, this looks great!
