Last we left our adventurers, they were in the depth of a mine and had just killed a number of Kobolds. They had adventured here after learning that a number of the local townsfolk had disappeared in the mines, leaving there children behind. This was discovered after discussion with the town council following bringing up children from the sewers.

Previously, the adventurers had crawled in the sewers chasing a child pickpocket who had made off with ""'s bag of gold from the marketplace. They discovered that there were a number of children being "cared for" by a mysterious woman
