Presented by Steven Bleiler, Portland State University
This is an introduction to games played with quantum technology. Think poker played on quantum computers connected via a quantum internet. We'll start with the Picard-Q coin flip game, which is the original example of how a player with access to quantum technology can have an undetectable and unstoppable advantage over a classical player, and move onto some surprising results when "quantum" players face off. This talk is self contained and no previous expertise in quantum computation will be assumed or required.
