March Book Club Meeting: "Beloved" By Toni Morrison

March’s book is “Beloved” by Toni Morrison. Here is a brief synopsis:

"Beloved" is a 1987 novel by American novelist Toni Morrison. Set in the period after the American Civil War, the novel tells the story of a dysfunctional family of formerly enslaved people who’s Cincinnati home is haunted by a malevolent spirit. "Beloved" offers a harrowing look at slavery and its lasting impact on American culture as a whole.
