My class is divided into 3 parts: Zumba (cardio), Toning (with weights) and Toning (floor work). Workout will begin with Warm-Ups and end with Cool-downs. Please make sure to have a yoga mat, dumbbells, supportive gym shoes/sneakers and water accessible.
