During this very interesting evening you will learn some truly insightful handwriting analysis techniques that will help you better understand the following:

Why do you get along well with one person but quickly become irritated with another person? You've just met someone new in your life and you have a sample of their handwriting. Get some insight and learn a thing or two on how to assess compatibility. Are you sending out positive or negative signals? Why does someone act the way they do? Just as body language and personal gestures are expressions of our personality, so is our handwriting. Whether we are writing or printing or scribbling or doodling, it is our brain expressing itself by hand through hundreds of different symbols and strokes.

Handwriting analysis, or graphology, is the science involved in determining the personality of a person by examining the characteristics, traits and strokes of that person's handwriting.

I know it seems impossible, but a trained graphoanalyst can gather an astonishing amount of information about the writer just from analyzing their handwriting. Besides personality, many other things are also revealed in handwriting including health issues, morality, past experiences, hidden talents, mental problems-- to name just a few. To most people it's just handwriting.... but if you know what to look for, you'd be amazed at what you'll discover.

Agenda

As is usual for our group, we will start gathering at 7:00 PM for some mixing, mingling and socializing. Complimentary coffee, tea and cookies will be provided. The lecture will begin at 7:45 PM and there will be ample time for Q&A after the presentation.

She is a pre-eminent Canadian handwriting expert, the recipient of the 2010 International Graphoanalyst of the Year Award and the current co-president of the Ontario Chapter of Graphoanalysts.

Over the past two decades, Mary Ann has given hundreds of presentations and keynote speeches to a wide variety of audiences about handwriting analysis. She teaches introductory, basic and advanced classes in handwriting analysis, has published several articles on the subject and is often featured on TV and radio shows.

Mary Ann’s area of expertise is compatibility issues – whether it’s learning about that new person in your life or finding out why you seem to get along with one person better than with others. She likes to say ‘that trail of ink that you leave as your pen travels across the page really does tell your story’

The library is on Palmerston Ave. just a few steps north of Bloor and a two minute walk from Bathurst Subway Station.
