Glenn Beck, David Horowitz, and others have drawn attention to Richard Cloward and
Francis Piven. These are the radicals who made a name for themselves by advocating a strategy for overwhelming the American financial system by pushing ever increasing populations into welfare rolls. This strategy can be demonstrated to be at the heart of virtually every current liberal program from the mortgage crises to ObamaCare to Cap and Trade to education. Understanding who they are and their vision is critical to understanding what is at stake in today’s political landscape.
