Visual Project Planning for Creative teams

No matter what your creative endeavor, if you work with teams, large or small, you can benefit from this free experiential workshop on visual project management where you will learn how to break projects down into smaller chunks, visualize the work, hold others (and yourself) accountable for on-time deliveries, and at the same time keep your project plans simple and flexible so as not to drive yourself crazy.

We'll have coffee and treats in the big room at the top of the stairs. There is plenty of 2 hour, free parking on the street.

Please bring a pad of standard sized post-it notes to use and be prepared to get creative. This is not a lecture, but rather a hands on workshop appropriate for all levels.
