1st Meet & Greet

We're hosting the first and only meetup for designers and technologists for social innovation in Berlin. Collaboration between different disciplines and using design thinking and technology for social good is becoming an increasingly relevant topic for creating impactful and meaningful social change. We'll hear two stories from key players in the field on the topics of WASH. (For a great introduction to the issue garnering increasing awareness, check out the following TED talk (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmSF9gVz9pg).) We'll also hear from Sourcefabric on their open source approach to creating software for new media. This is a new event where we'll be exploring various formats to the topic, the next one taking place at Open Design City. Date to be announced shortly!
