Meditation Monday is back! With Iain White

Meditation Monday is back!

Starting on Monday 22nd of July this group will meet for meditation once a month. We will use guided meditation recordings by Orin and Da Ben. I'm going to have a look and decide which one.

Donations appreciated to cover the cost of room hire.

It would be good to see any of the old meditation crew from the Lark Lane days many of whom were in the Lightworkers of Liverpool Meetup Group.

Try to be on time so as not to disturb others once the meditation has started.
