Greenbelt Guided Walking Event-Walk as a Group HUG (Help Unite Greenbelt)

Start table open from 12:30 - 1:30 PM - be ready to walk at 1:30 PM
Walk and IVV Credit fee $3.00
Joining with HUG "Help Unite Greenbelt" to walk through many of the neighborhoods of Greenbelt-- starting at Greenbelt Plaza and finishing at Schrom Hills Park. Greenbelt Connection will be providing transportation from the end of 5k and the walk back to the start or if you prefer we have directions for 5k-10k-12k or 14k loops.
Drive directions: 6000 Greenbelt Rd Greenbelt MD 20770. Instructions: From i495/i95 N or S: Take EXIT toward MD 201S /Kenilworth Ave. Follow signs for Kenilworth Ave/MD201 s/MD 193/ Bladensburg. Keep RIGHT to take EXIT toward MD 193/Greenbelt Rd. Stay RIGHT to turn on Greenbelt Rd. Take 1st entrance into PlazaTurn RIGHT at T-junction to drive around to the back of the shopping area. PASS parking garage on left to open parking area on right. Turn RIGHT into open parking area to far side.Turn LEFT to START. OR From Greenbelt Rd, turn onto Cherrywood Lane. Turn RIGHT at 3rd entrance to Plaza after building and before Shell Station at Breezewood Dr. Turn LEFT into open parking area to far side. Turn RIGHT to START.
Event conditions This event will take place regardless of weather conditions except if noted in the sanction. Please check the website before traveling to the event using the URL on the bottom of the front page. Anything extraordinary will be noted there. There will be no refunds for pre-paid credit fees. Stipulations for the event This event is open to everyone. With registration for these events , the participants accept the guidelines for AVA Volkssport events and agree to observe the principles of good sportsmanship. Littering is prohibited.
