Play Chess at The Castle Center

This is group is for any one who likes to play chess, if you are a beginner or master do not worry, come along as there are players of different standards here. Every one improves by playing. There will not always be a organiser present as I can not always make due other comments and if you are interested in helping run club please let me know. If you have board please bring it and set it up by the reception area by cafe near the TV. This will mean the meetup runs with or without an organiser as everyone will be able find each other and play.

The Castle Centre is the new Leisure Centre in Elephant and Castle. Its right opposite to the new Strata Building at Elephant and Castle.

Entrance is through the door below the sign for Castle and we will play in the outer cafe by the reception.

Play will start at 10am and finish at 1pm, if the Cafe is not too busy after 1pm, you could stay longer and play, it will depend on the Manager of the cafe. There is no charge for playing but if wish you contribute to cost of running the meetup.

Please keep place tidy and do not make too much noise.
