When responding to the growing demand for digital services combined with budgetary and operational constraints, public sector organisations want to become leaner, more effective, data-driven organisations that continually reinforce citizen trust and engagement. Organisations around the world are taking advantage of the cloud not only to reduce cost but to transform the way they deliver on the mission. In this session, you learn about the critical components for digital transformation that can expedite the process of going from idea to execution and can help public sector leaders communicate value and build consensus among their stakeholders. Join us to discover how governments, such as the government of Brazil and the United Kingdom’s Government Digital Service, have successfully implemented these transformation components to deliver more value to citizens.
