Emma Cannon is the Head of People at Duco Technology, one of Tech Nation’s prestigious ‘Future Fifty’ companies.

After starting out as a recruiter sourcing temps for factories, Emma built a 20-year career in HR across tech, legal and financial services companies. She holds post-graduate qualifications in HR, and has specialised in employee relations and organisational development. She has received external awards for her work from trade unions and employment charities. Emma is also a volunteer interview coach at SmartWorks, an organisation which supports disadvantaged women back into the workplace.
