The key to getting sustainable diversity embedded in your organisation is more logical than you think. Since the rise of the social pandemic, large tech companies across the world have scrambled to prove their commitment to diversity. What if there was a simpler way forward? A way to avoid the repetitive cycles of pain and shame?

In this talk, Annie will explore how familiar concepts (like lean and agile) can be used to make our processes more inclusive once and for all.

Annie specialises in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a particular interest in technology. She has a passion for embedding real diversity in organisations, fuelled by a background in multicultural communities across two continents. Her current mission is to work with businesses to embed long-term and inclusive processes and operating models.

Her accolades include include the Times Top 100 Rising Star by WeAreTheCity and the Northern Power Women Future List. More recently, she was named among Tech Nation’s ’50 Most Inspiring, Prominent and Influential Black Voices in UK Tech 2019′.
