Code Untapped Innovation Labs day with Amido and Neyber

At Code Untapped we know that there is so much more to technology than just coding. That’s why we’ve launched Innovation Labs.

We aim to cover a wide range of skills important to product development. So we can produce the best technologists, not just the best coders.

Our free and inclusive events provide a choice of workshops covering:

• Team formation
• Project ideation and planning using a “Jobs to be done approach”
• Pitch deck writing and presenting
• React coding and using GitHub

… and then a half day of…

A real product, where the best technologists get to work with our amazing code coaches.

regardless of your level or technical background

The Challenge:
This month's challenge is presented by Amido | Cloud Native Architecture

On the day teams will compete to create the best solutions to the three key challenges the housing industry currently faces:

1. Providing a better service and access to tenants through self-service

2. Ensuring a better solution for employees, addressing flexible working -any time, any place, any device

3. Future care: improving capacity to cope with matters beyond the norm e.g. social concerns like anti-social behaviour, predictive maintenance etc.

The Winning team:
At our roundtable dinner, will get to showcase the winning solution and unpack how housing associations can overcome the old technology platforms that are at the centre of these challenges.

We will have some amazing coaches on the day to help with the various workshops and development.

Before You Come:
If you area coder, brush up on your React, React Big Calender, Material UI, Javascript, and for the more adventurous amongst you we suggest looking at Express, NodeJS and MongoDB.
