In her book Dreams and Reality , Sister Jayanti looks at five (5) different kinds of dreams and the impact of dreams on our preceived reality and experiences.

She offers us a very helpful model of the mind to help us unravel the messages behind our dreams and use this understanding to change our lives.

B.K. Jayanti is a spiritual teacher and leader , a gifted meditator and an emissary for peace for the last 47 years.
