Phase II Racial Equity Workshop "Moving from Analysis to Action"

This workshop is for alumni of the Racial Equity Institute's foundational anti-racism training.
Phase II will engage participants in an “analysis before action” model and a learning continuum, moving from an individual to an institutional or systemic paradigm in addressing racism. Participants will learn how to discern the locus of institutional power and how to return power to those who are being served.
