Secret Life of a Scrum Master
Malcolm will be giving a behind the scenes insight into the life of a Scrum Master. Apparently being a Scrum Master is about more than just creating charts, facilitating meetings and asking contrary questions... apparently.
If you want the real inside scoop on how a professional Scrum Master operates then come and listen to Malcolm's tale of intrigue and woe and find out what's really going through a Scrum Master's mind when he cocks his head and nods knowingly.
How to reach Continuous Deployment Nirvana
Srinivas will be using his considerable experience to show us how the right implementation of DevOps in combination with good CI practices can lead you to the highly prized but often difficult practice of Continuous Deployment. He'll outline the challenges teams face in the context of new development and BAU and what tools are available in the market, giving advice on what you should choose to achieve Continuous Delivery.

Malcolm has been working in the IT industry since the late nineties. Starting as a User Acceptance Tester he has worked in the Travel industry, Insurance, Banking and Gaming sectors to name but a few and has progressed through Test Management and Project Management into being an Agile Transformation Scrum Master & Coach for companies such as Yell and Sky.
He contributes his success, in part, to his mindset. As a Tester he was not encumbered with a developer’s deep focus on getting things to work within the bounds of the software and infrastructure. This has allowed him to more easily see the bigger picture of a situation, has given him the ability to empathise with his colleagues and the opportunity to fully embrace the Servant Leader role of a Scrum Master that he now enjoys.
About Srinivas
An experienced Technical Architect working with teams predominantly in the .Net space with a track record of implementing organisational change thats required to build testable and maintainable software products. He designs and develops software, consulting on Agile methodologies and enabling change in organisations to facilitate lean product development.
