Scott Foster is a partner and leader of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group in the Vancouver office of Gowling WLG. Scott is an expert on IP laws and practice, with over 12 years of experience in the United Kingdom and Canada. His practice focuses on contentious IP in the fields of trademarks, patents, trade secrets/confidential information, cybersecurity, copyright, industrial designs, privacy, defamation and domain name disputes. In 2016, Scott was named a "future litigation star" by Benchmark Canada.

Denis is a Vancouver-based Gowling WLG lawyer who considers it a top priority to provide additional value for his clients beyond traditional legal advice and services. One of the ways in which Denis does so is by leveraging his network to facilitate introductions, originate deals and generate revenue for his clients and referral sources. Denis advises companies and dealers in a variety of capital markets transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, options and joint ventures, proxy contests, and exchange listings.

Blake Adam is the co-founder of a Vancouver-based technology start-up called Medimap. Medimap’s online platform allows patients to find up-to-date wait times at walk-in medical clinics in their community. Over the past year the platform has been expanding rapidly and now includes over 180 clinics across the country. Blake is a graduate of the University of Victoria’s Gustavason School of Business and has a passion for technology and innovation.
