Yavapai Point Trail (Lake Pleasant)

Directions - from Lake Pleasant Regional Park entrance (N Castle Hot Springs Rd). To get to the trail, you will use the North Entrance to the park, which will be the 2nd entrance to the park on the right (Castle Creek Dr). After paying entry, take the first right (Cottonwood Ln). Cottonwood lane will dead end at the trail head. You want to use the parking lot on the right.

Fees - $7 daily use fee per car (bring cash as I'm not sure if they take credit cards); $3 meet up fee (which covers meetup group organizer fees, approximately $25/mo). The $3 fee can be paid via Paypal or with cash.

Caution: I have seen wild burros on the Lake Pleasant trails. Please be aware if your dog(s) are reactive. Horses are also seen on this trail.
