Finding our core and building power from our centre will allow the student to become strong and stable, connecting each student to there own sense of determination, will power and inner strength.. The class will finish with longer held Yin hip openers, working specifically on the ligaments, joints and connective tissues of the hips and pelvis, allowing the student to release and let go through the hips, feeling light, relaxed and strong by the end of the class.
