Lean Launchpad Mastermind and Full Course

We will be re-taking the Lean LaunchPad course by Steve Blank on Udacity for several of our own strategic planning at Launch Haus over the coming 4 weeks (which is what it takes if you dedicate 6 hours per week to the online framework in place of your normal business strategy and practices) and thought it would be a great way to provide a collaborative closed-loop mastermind and intimate strategic planning experience for a handful of our Launch NoCo family.

Space is limited by design to 6 companies/founding teams so this is a first come first serve opportunity. There is a nominal $10 charge to join the mastermind and sort out the serious from the curious, but you are really making a commitment to attend all 3 weekly mastermind sessions (April 30, May 7, May 14th) as a priority to your fellow cohort and will also commit to completing the courseware in its entirety during the same timeframe.

Course Summary

Learn the key tools and steps to build a successful startup (or at least reduce the risk of failure). An introduction to the basics of Steve Blank's famous Customer Development process, where entrepreneurs "get out of the building" to gather massive amounts of customer and marketplace feedback, and then use that feedback to continuously iterate and evolve their startup business models, improving the chances of success at every step.

Why Take This Course?

You'll learn the key steps of the Customer Development process: how to identify and engage the first customers for your product, and how to gather, evaluate and use their feedback to make your product, marketing and business model far stronger.

Pre-Requisites and Requirements

Prior knowledge or experience are not required. Passion, tenacity, and a willingness to work hard are essential. Ideally, you'll join the class with at least a rough idea of the business model of the startup you'll work on step-by-step through the course of the class.
