This is "The Premier Fort Worth Real Estate Investors Club" designed for Networking, Buying & Selling Real Estate Deals, Training, Mentoring, and Over all Real Estate Investing. Created for Rich Investors & Poor Investors a like! We welcome all levels of Investors/Students to come and learn how to make money in real estate here in the DFW area. There are many DFW Real Estate Clubs in the area, we hope you visit & join ours!

I myself have been investing for over 29+ years in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. I have trained and created the training programs for many late night Guru's which include, Russ Whitney, Rich Dad Education, and others. I taught their students through what was know as WIA and then was know as Tigrent /Rich Dad Education. Now just Rich Dad, a lot of name changes!
We have mentored students from Texas, Hawaii, to New York and even Costa Rica & Panama. We specialize in Wholesale, Apartments, Rehabbing, rentals, notes, land, and much more.
We started the club originally in 2002 and were formally know as REIO-FW, we were at one point one of the oldest DFW real estate clubs in the area. But once the Social Media and Meetup groups took off, Clubs started popping up all over DFW area! Many lead by former students and members of the original club. In 2014 I decided to move in a direction of being an elite type club.
We also wanted to promote God since we are a Christian based club. We use many of the Bibles scriptures as part of our meetings Now everyone is welcome but if you are not serious about really being a real estate investor or if you are offended by God then we may not be for you.
This may sound harsh but we are serious about Honoring the Lord and at the same time the Entrepreneurship of making money in real estate & helping new members to do the same. So if you are looking for all that free stuff, fairy dust, or free food we are not the club for you. But if you want to do deals, learn how to do deals, and do it with Integrity, then come out to the Botanic Gardens in Fort Worth and experience Networking with Real Investors here in the DFW area.

Bill Barnett been doing this full time since 1999. With another 7 years as a part time investor. Taylor Weakley is a full time Real Estate Investor working throughout the DFW Metroplex for over 10 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Tech University, and now works with his father Terry Weakley at Emerald Dolphin Enterprises Inc. At age 21 he completed his first Real Estate transaction with the guidance of Terry Weakley, and has completed many more since. Taylor is a Licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Texas. Over the years he has accumulated experience in Lending, Wholesaling, Rehabbing, Rental properties, Owner Finance Notes, and Traditional Brokerage.
Jason Casco is a dynamic land investment professional and infinite banking expert who has been transforming the real estate landscape since 2020. Don Klick has been a Real Estate broker and investor for over 48 years. Been a HUD broker . Bought houses at court house, before court house and after court house foreclosures. Peaked at 100 units. Currently doing more selling. Have learned how to sell and defer taxes. Saved over $100,000 in Capital gains taxes . Found a way to lower insurance on a $300,000 valued duplex from $3500 to near $800. Saved Several thousand in property taxes with a different approach and proposal of information that lowered TAD values .
David Adkins started out in his teens, buying candy wholesale and taking it to school and selling it over retail. Then when I got to my early 20s I bought real estate three condos. Had those for about 15 years. Living in one and renting the other two out then I get to my 30s to current. I would run the Foreclosure list knocking on doors wholesaling rehab and retailing then I got into being a trustee for my dad BD ADKINS. On our family owner finance note that we would Foreclosure on. Out of my dad being a Note buyer we acquired over the years probably over 100 notes as of today I have three rentals.
Jimmy Reed has an extensive background in the field of Real Estate Investing having bought, sold and managed over 300 units all by the age of thirty. Jimmy began his investment career in the late 1980’s while still working full time. As he developed a solid understanding of real estate investing, Jimmy went on to specialize in the areas of Wholesaling, Probate, Owner Financing, Notes, and Cash Flow Rentals along with other investment strategies including International Investing.
