About Our Speaker:

Clayton Bailey

Clayton is a third generation inspector in the DFW area that has worked with over 23,000 families in his time as the owner of Green Scene Home Inspections. Clayton has trained his inspector team over the years to balance treating their clients like family and friends while also professionally delivering the good, the bad and the ugly news about what may potentially be the homes of their dreams!

He is married to his "boss" Donna, with whom he has run the inspection business for 18+ years. He has two teenage kids, one boy and one girl, that have wildly different personalities from each other!
His son is both a "brainiac" and a jock that plays Lacrosse, football and basketball while also maintaining straight A's and membership in the National Honor Society.

His daughter is the quiet, artistic, and creative intellectual type that loves astronomy, science and plays guitar, keyboard and sings at her local School of Rock.

Working with different types of personality is a way of life for Clayton and he has found that sharing how to work with other types has been one of the most valuable skills for being successful in business and in life.
