Scott Horne is an attorney with Horne & Associates, PC in Dallas, Texas, with over 30 years of experience practicing real estate law. He serves as a Title Attorney in Texas and Arizona, focusing on representing realtors and real estate investors in both retail and investment transactions. Scott specializes in structuring and drafting creative real estate deals, corporate structuring, and developing strategic solutions to maximize profitability.
Having completed more than 10,000 creative finance transactions, Scott brings unmatched experience in guiding deals from inception to closing. In addition to his legal work, he is one of the most experienced single-family investors in Texas, having purchased, rehabilitated, and financed over 8,000 homes, and is also a hard money lender.
