About Our Speaker:
ℹ️ Brandon McGee
Brandon L. McGee is the co-owner of the McGee Law Firm. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Brandon attended Texas Christian University, where he earned his B.A. in 1998. He graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2001.
Brandon spent the first few years of his legal career as a trial attorney, litigating civil and divorce cases. While helping his clients navigate their life’s challenges, he found himself doing more and more estate planning. He soon discovered that he enjoyed helping families over “battling” it out in court. So, with that realization and with the sudden passing of his father and a breast cancer diagnosis for his wife, Rita, Brandon decided to make estate planning, elder law, and probate the focus of his practice.
Brandon dedicates his law practice to estate planning, elder law, probate, Medicaid pre-planning and crisis planning, in addition to LLC creation. He has been a member of the prestigious American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys for over 10 years. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the State Bar of Texas.
