This session introduces the 2-Step Recovery approach — a simple framework for overcoming mental health challenges, addiction, trauma, and other life difficulties.

The approach focuses on two principles:
1. Building recovery capital
2. Measuring progress

In this session we will explore how the approach works and how it can be applied in everyday life.
There will also be time for questions and discussion.

• Confidentiality is requested, but cannot be guaranteed. So share what you feel comfortable sharing with this group.
• Sharing is always optional.
• This group is supportive, not judgmental.
• Everyone’s recovery journey is different.
