I'd like to welcome Piera Bonventre H.D, for an inspiring, interactive and experiential evening as we learn the power of Meditation and Mindfulness to support us in all aspects of our lives; Career, Relationships & Leisure.

(How to release stress, heal yourself and be the master of your mind)

This evening the power of mindfulness and meditation meet you with an engaging and dynamic presentation by Piera Bonventre.  We will explore the profound benefits of mindful awareness in all areas of your life: Career, Relationships, Health and Wellness. Unleash your untapped core of greatness by learning to train the mind to serve your best interests and most abundant desires. 

This interactive evening will allow you to:

1) Learn the 5 sense meditation technique.

2) Develop a healing breath work practice that you can easily incorporate in your daily life.

3) Get comfortable with "getting out of your comfort zone" with partner exercises.

4) Connect to your body and learn to release tension, stress and pain.

5) Shift into your own power by asking this one specific question in a specific and powerful way. 

Piera Bonventre H.D, lives her passion witnessing her clients achieve A-ha! moments, heal their pain and awaken to the realization that they can be free of our dis-ease. She has studied alternative medicine and healing with spirituality for over 15 years. She practices Homeopathic medicine, holistic nutrition, is a Reiki Master, Yoga teacher and Meditation instructor.   She is currently writing her first book Core Connection: How to unleash the greatest power within and realize your highest potential, and sharing what she learned during her own recovery from a life threatening eating disorder.  She healed herself, recovered without drugs and empowered her life through the process of Core Connection and the SAFE Method™.
