Ormeau Park jog and Coffee/Brunch

Hi guys

David is going to host a chilled out jog around Ormeau Park and then a coffee/bite to eat afterwards somewhere nearby if time allows.

Event will be weather dependant of course however snow etc hopefully be long past by then.

Meeting point is at main games of Ormeau Park at the junction of Ormeau Road/Embankment

One thing to note, is compared to our other events where start times are more indicative and people can join whenever they like, if you arrive late you may miss the run/not get caught up so be aware of this.

As a disclaimer, this is a casual jog, there is no medical personnel or supplies provided and everybody should only join if they have no underlying conditions/injuries. Everybody who does join agrees they are responsible for their own choice to participate and nobody in the group assumes any liability for any injury. If any issues with this then do not join the event.
