WHAT TO WEAR:
You are going to be getting a good workout and will be sweating so wear something comfortable.
WHAT KIND OF SHOES TO WEAR:
Any shoe with a flat sole is good. For the ladies though when it comes to dancing heels is the norm (they help with your spinning). Avoid high heels if you're a beginner (try with 1 or 2 inches then go higher as you get better in your dancing).
Good shoes for dancing: dress shoes for guys (non-rubber sole if possible preferably leather sole), heels for women, boots (both men and women).
Bad shoes for dancing: sneakers, tennis shoes, flip flops, bowling shoes.
WATER: you might need it. Bring your own or you can buy bottled water there for 50c
GUM: Remember you'll probably be dancing with someone so be prepared
SMILE: Nobody likes to dance with a poker face. Show your smile while dancing! Remember dancing is fun, dancing is happiness, be happy!
