“This is a group for Yoga lovers, anyone interested in Yoga teacher training, Meditation, Yoga Retreat, Reiki,ayurveda and yoga drop in classes. All skills levels are welcome. I started this group because to meet yoga lovers and share spirituality for well being. Looking forward to exploring the spirituality with everybody at Abhyudaya Yoga Ashram".
