Come and join us in the week every Tuesday and/or Thursday at 9.15am for 60 mins of outdoor fitness fun in a great group where you'll challenge yourself and get fitter, stronger, faster, more agile and also maybe learn a few new things not just about fitness. And you'll also have fun doing it hopefully! You want to lose fat too? Then follow along with the free home workout and nutrition program everyone who joins for the term has access to. These workouts are part of a 6 week term that will run up to the school holidays in December
